For colour and correction enquiries, Tumi does not quote over the phone. The complimentary fifteen-minute consultation is the right place to begin, and is offered in person, unhurried.

Late-evening appointments on Tuesday and Thursday are typically booked in advance.
Getting to the salon
Parking and public transport
Convenient metered parking is available directly outside the salon, with stays of up to three hours. The surrounding streets offer plenty of additional parking, with many areas providing two hours or more.
The 75 tram runs along Church Street, with the closest stop a short walk away. The 75, 48 and 109 trams stop on Bridge Road itself, with several stops within a block of the salon. Richmond stations are a short walk away.
The salon entrance is at street level. For clients with mobility considerations, please call ahead and the front desk will arrange the chair and basin space that suits the booking best.

Tumi welcomes clients from Richmond, Cremorne, East Melbourne, South Yarra, Abbotsford and Burnley, alongside many who travel further. Several of Tumi’s regulars travel in from the bayside, the western suburbs and interstate, often having followed a particular stylist across years.

What to expect when booking
For returning guests booking familiar services, online reservations are the simplest and most convenient option. A small deposit is taken at the time of booking and is applied to the appointment total on the day.
For first visits, colour corrections or significant changes in direction, we recommend beginning with a complimentary fifteen-minute consultation. This allows the stylist to assess the hair, understand the desired result and tailor the appointment around the service required, rather than the closest online selection. A deposit is taken to secure the time allocated.
