Tumi Hair has stood on Bridge Road since 2001, opened by Renato and Louisa Marsilli on a single conviction: that hair, done with care, is worth the time it takes. Twenty-five years on, that conviction still shapes everything in the room. The senior team. The brands stocked at the basin. The pace of every appointment.
Today, Tumi brings together a tight group of stylists and colourists, many of whom have been with the salon for over a decade. The clientele is built the same way: by referral, by return, by a quiet kind of trust that takes years to earn. Read the salon’s story or meet the team.

The Signature Experience
The Tumi Hair Spa
Every colour and chemical service at Tumi includes a personalised scalp and upper-neck massage at the basin. Not as an add-on, but as an integral part of the experience: a quieter moment built into the appointment, tailored to the hair and scalp.
For many of Tumi’s clients, balancing demanding careers and busy family lives, an appointment becomes more than simply hair. It becomes a moment to pause. A luxurious hair spa experience that restores the hair while offering something equally valuable — a little time back. A quiet escape, tailored to each individual.
Enjoyed on its own, the basin ritual can last anywhere from five to fifteen minutes — time dedicated to wellbeing rather than the demands of the day. Paired with a blow-dry, the experience extends to forty-five or fifty minutes: the peaceful hour many of Tumi’s clients have come to treasure.
Beyond the basin, the experience evolves with scalp detox therapies, Kérastase rituals, intensive blonde repair treatments and the bond-building systems used throughout Tumi’s colour services. However clients discover it, the effect is the same: the appointment becomes a genuine pause from the outside world.

Bookings open online for cut, colour, keratin smoothing, and the Tumi Hair Spa. For colour or correction enquiries the right service depends on what is already on the hair, so Tumi does not quote over the phone. The 15-minute consultation is complimentary, in person, and unhurried.
