January and February appointments are already filling fast, so if you’d like to start the new year feeling fresh, please book as soon as you can so we can find a time that suits you. Please be advised moving into 2026 we will be closed on Mondays.
This year has brought many changes, and one of our biggest challenges has been finding the right team members. It has reminded us to stay patient and to never compromise on excellence, and we are so grateful for your support and understanding while we build the strongest possible team for you.
We also want to remind you that we offer complimentary, obligation-free consultations. Hair today is highly personalised, and often it takes a little extra time, product, and planning to achieve the look you have in mind. During a consultation, we can chat through your hair goals, maintenance, and home care so we can create a plan that fits both your vision and your budget.
Over the years, visit patterns have changed—some guests visit every 6–8 weeks, and others every 4–6 months or are brand new to Tumi. We absolutely love tailoring a personalised experience for everyone, but please keep in mind that when it has been a while between visits, the time and products needed can be different, which means standard services and prices may not always apply. We will always be transparent and discuss this with you during your consultation.
