Always walk out super happy with the cut and colour at Tumi Hair!! Nicky transformed my hair from brown to balayage and I have come back three times times now to have it maintained doing an amazing job every time. Everyone is really lovely and hospitable I’ve recommended them to others and they have all said the same!

Great hair experience and one I won’t forget at Tumi Hair Richmond. Alexandra, my hair stylist brought my vision to life with her expertise and positivity. I have dark hair so usually a challenge to get a result I am looking for. Alexandra made what most of the time feels impossible - possible, taking the time and effort to do an exceptional job. I have had short short hair for 3 years and take it very seriously, I trust Renato (or anyone at Tumi) with my cut, colour and styling. I believe I could sit in the chair without a word of instruction or mention of desired my outcome and walk out of the salon with a fantastic look you could find on the head of a model or a movie star (and a whole new outlook on life to go with it). Walk out of the salon with pride, money well spent and a bag of goodies BECAUSE THEY JUST GET IT!For me, a haircut does have to be just a menial task that has to be done like brushing your teeth. It can be self care, it can be self expression, it can be a holiday, it can be as important as attending regular therapy (for me it is a substitute for these things) - at Tumi Hair Richmond you'll experience this + bliss.
