Great hair experience and one I won’t forget at Tumi Hair Richmond. Alexandra, my hair stylist brought my vision to life with her expertise and positivity. I have dark hair so usually a challenge to get a result I am looking for. Alexandra made what most of the time feels impossible - possible, taking the time and effort to do an exceptional job. I have had short short hair for 3 years and take it very seriously, I trust Renato (or anyone at Tumi) with my cut, colour and styling. I believe I could sit in the chair without a word of instruction or mention of desired my outcome and walk out of the salon with a fantastic look you could find on the head of a model or a movie star (and a whole new outlook on life to go with it). Walk out of the salon with pride, money well spent and a bag of goodies BECAUSE THEY JUST GET IT!For me, a haircut does have to be just a menial task that has to be done like brushing your teeth.
