The fifteen minutes that set the result
Colour, correction, keratin and occasion enquiries are all invited in for a complimentary fifteen-minute consultation. The stylist sees the hair, hears the brief, talks honestly about what the appointment can deliver, and confirms the right service before the booking is locked in.

The considered escape from a busy week
The hands-on scalp and upper-neck massage and restorative treatment rituals the salon is known for. Already included inside every chemical service, woven into the appointment while a treatment does its work, and never rushed.
For clients who want more of it, the basin opens further. A dedicated Tumi Hair Spa booking allows for a longer massage and a deeper focus on scalp and hair health, available as a paired experience alongside the day’s service.

What to expect on price
Services at Tumi are priced by depth of work and stylist tenure, Senior Stylist (six to ten years) or Director (ten-plus years). Colour and correction are quoted after a consultation, because the hair in front of the chair sets the plan.
