Colour at Tumi is approached with two outcomes in mind: the result you leave with today, and the condition of your hair six, twelve and eighteen months from now. Every consultation begins with understanding the hair’s history — previous colour, at-home applications, lightening services, water exposure and overall condition. From there, a personalised plan is created with complete transparency, recognising what can be beautifully achieved in one appointment and what is best developed across two or three.

Every colour and correction service at Tumi begins with a complimentary fifteen-minute consultation. It’s an opportunity for the stylist to assess the hair, understand the desired result, and provide clear guidance on the most appropriate service before the appointment is confirmed.
For colour corrections, the consultation also sets out a realistic pathway. Some transformations are best achieved over two or three carefully planned appointments to maintain the integrity of the hair. This is where expectations, timing, and the journey to the final result are thoughtfully discussed.

A personalised scalp and upper-neck massage is performed by the same stylist creating your colour, with bond-building treatments incorporated wherever the service requires them.
