At Tumi, every client is looked after exclusively by a Senior Stylist or Director. We do not operate with apprenticeship-level cutting on the salon floor, ensuring a consistently elevated standard of technical work, attention, and experience.
The basin experience is an integral part of the appointment, not an added extra. Each cut includes a tailored cleanse, conditioner, and personalised scalp and upper-neck massage performed by the stylist working directly with your hair. Unhurried and restorative, it offers a moment of calm within the rhythm of the day, many of our clients quietly consider essential.
The appointment concludes with a refined finish and practical guidance on maintaining the shape and condition of the hair between visits.

Not an upsell, not a separate masseur, not a quick rub between rinses. For clients seeking a more restorative experience, the Tumi Hair Spa offers an extended focus on scalp health, hair condition, and overall wellbeing. Designed to go beyond a standard treatment, these appointments allow time to properly nourish the hair while addressing its individual needs through a more tailored and immersive approach.
Each Hair Spa service begins with a detailed assessment of the hair and scalp, allowing treatments to be selected according to hydration levels, sensitivity, damage, texture, and long-term hair goals. Services may include advanced scalp therapies, restorative Kérastase rituals, intensive bond-building systems commonly used alongside chemical services, and deeply conditioning treatments designed to strengthen and replenish the hair from within.
The experience is centred around the basin, where extended massage and treatment rituals create a calm, restorative pause within the appointment. What to expect on price
Pricing is tiered by stylist tenure. Senior Stylists (six to ten years on the floor) and Directors (ten-plus years) hold their own rate cards, so clients can self-select the investment level that suits the appointment. A 48-hour cancellation notice is requested on all bookings, so the chair can be offered to another client.
