Yes. The fifteen-minute consultation is complimentary, with no obligation to book on the day.
Why won’t Tumi quote colour over the phone?
Because no two heads of hair are the same, and an honest quote is impossible without seeing and, for correction, testing the hair. A phone quote would risk being wrong, and the salon would rather be accurate than quick.
Do I need a consultation for a regular cut?
Usually not. For a maintenance cut or a familiar colour, a direct booking is fine. The consultation is most useful for first appointments, changes of direction, correction, keratin and occasion work.
How do I book one?
