Blow-wave appointments can include a wash and treatment on the day. Hair-up styling is different: up-styles, tong work and event styling usually hold best when the hair was washed the day before.
For hair-up styling, Tumi recommends booking the basin spa ritual or treatment the day before where extra preparation is needed. The event-day appointment can then focus on curling, shaping, pinning and finishing the style.
