Cancelation policy

At TUMI Hairdressing, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer your booking time to another guest.
To support this, cancellations made with 48 hours or more notice will not incur a fee. For changes made within 24 hours of your appointment, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service will apply, which will need to be settled prior to rebooking.
We truly appreciate your understanding and consideration. Each appointment involves dedicated time and preparation, and we value your time just as much as you value ours.
